How to Register Your Youth Group
Step 1: Each group will collect the names, t-shirt sizes, and fees from all adults and students attending.
Step 2: The Youth Leader will download the 2026 Registration Form and fill it out completely.
Step 3: The Youth Leader will mail this form to:

Registration Forms & 50% deposit are due back by December 17. 2025 for early bird pricing.

PAY
Hotel Suites are $370 ($380 after Dec. 17th) and can sleep up to 6 people (1 must be a chaperone).
Registration Costs are $115 per person ($120 after Dec 16th) and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, and breakfast on Monday.
Check can be mailed with the registration form at the address listed above, or via the secure online payment system below.
Only a limited number of t-shirts will be available for those who register after December 27th.

PLEASE update us with any changes as soon as possible.
Refund policy available upon request.
ONLINE PAYMENT
Be sure to change “Give to General Fund” to “Give to Youth in Action”.
